“Houses For Sale In Spain” is a small part of Valencia Property S.L.
We work from a very small office because by cutting overheads we are able to get the best deal for our clients (Think Easyjet with houses). We are registered with the Mercantile Registry as a limited company and have a long list of satisfied clients willing to sing our praises from the rooftops if required. Graham Hunt. Started the company (Valencia Property) in 2001 as a sideline and found that the company took over his life after incorporating the website in 2002. Major LFC fan in his spare time, he gets very depressed after defeats. and there have been many recently. Tries to arrange his timetable around games live on TV. Married with a 19 year old daughter and a 6 year old and 5 year old terrors, he lives in La Pobla de Vallbona and can be seen burning the midnight oil at his computer , now superseded by a shiny new Mac, responding to e-mails until very, very late, check out the times of your replies at times.
MA from the University of Lancaster, fluent in Spanish and having lived and worked in Spain for 22 years he will be the one who gets you the deal you want as he negotiates directly with the owners of the houses on your behalf. Graham does everything these days in Valencia Property but is looking for an excellent, efficient PA to help out. (Must be totally bilingual, independently minded and have lots of initiative in case you are thinking of applying)
You may also speak to Lynne his wife or Maria the older daughter when you phone because Graham is often out with clients. You may sometimes speak with Dani too who is taking a liking to the phone recently, just ask for Daddy.
