One of the things I am often asked is what I do all day as a Spanish estate agent. Well the truth be told I often don’t know where the day has gone. However I thought I would give you an idea of a typical day when I haven’t got viewings and then in a future post look at one where I have got Spanish Property viewings.
There are actually 299 videos currently on the Valencia Property YouTube Channel. I am looking for some suggestions for what to do with number 300 because it represents a bit of a milestone. What I thought I would do today here is embed a few to show what type of videos go up there and if you like you can then get over to the Valencia Property YouTube channel and subscribe to the feed so you see them as soon as they come out.
As an estate agent in Valencia if there is one thing that satisfies me more than anything it is getting the right property at the right price and being able to offer it to the right client. This process makes my life a lot easier of course.
This week the process has produced three excellent properties for clients who have already indicated exactly what they are looking for. So let’s have a look at three very different properties in three price ranges and see what you get for your money.
Just asking because I was called a lot of things on the phone yesterday by a client after telling them that I didn’t wish to list their property because they were asking too high a price for it and it would affect the quality control on the site.
Another hectic week in Valencia Property Land. What happened was that lots of new houses were visited, lots of work was done and lots of preparation for a signing in a couple of days was completed. Oh and did I mention I wrote a book in three days!
I have had the fortune to travel around the Valencian community quite a lot in the last few weeks and I have noticed some major differences since the last time I was able to do it.
I have been down to Javea a couple of times with excellent weather to accompany me. Because of this as I wasn’t in a hurry I took the CV332 rather than the toll motorway. I saw this carbuncle near to Favara.
Yet again we have had a ridiculously busy week in Valencia. Therefore I think it is time to let you know which houses for sale in Spain have been put up onto the Valencia Property site this week, which properties have been visited and which properties are no longer available because they have been sold.
Just to the north of Valencia, 4km exactly, is the Marina village of Port Saplaya. Now Port Saplaya has an internal Marina, and many properties have views over the Marina or the Mediterranean, just avoid the ones with the views over the motorway to the back.
