Here it is then, welcome to the start of our 100 tips for people buying property in Spain. Over the next few weeks and months even you will get 100 videos showing you what you should be thinking of when buying property in Spain. The tips are practical, logical, quirky, surprising and even controversial, just wait until you get to number 54 for example.
Now tip number 1 may surprise some people who think you get a better deal with off plan property but it is simply not true. The best deals in the current market come from people desperate to sell for whatever reason and you can find a great bargain as a result. Think about it, are you going to pay the developer’s overestimated land value, he bought the land for too much for sure, or buy a property already there and legalised without the attendent risks?
