Always being one to innovate and make things different I thought it time to incorporate some new things into the property platform and blog. So anyway what is new and coming up?
1) This is not ground breaking at all but it will complement the current presentation of properties well. There is an app on the ipad and iphone called Magic Plan. I have normally not got time to get the plans done of properties unless the owners can provide one. However I have my daughter working with me over the summer and she is supplying me with plans of properties that are on the site. It should be very useful for anyone wanting to know more about the layout of the properties having seen the photos. Also it allows potential buyers to ask me to go out and get a plan when there is an initial interest. Take a look at what the plans look like below.

The next stage of the new stuff is a bit of a game changer. It’s a magazine. Well so what? What’s so new about a magazine?
It’s an iPad only magazine for use with the iPad and no other device. I can hear you asking whether this restricts it’s circulation. Well yes it does. It restricts it to only a potential 70 something million subscribers all of whom have one thing in common (Or maybe a few things) Firstly they have the potential to buy a property because they are actively searching. (The other things may include that they love their iPads!)
The uptake of magazines on the iPads is huge and we hope that the new Spanish Property Magazine (Currently awaiting approval from Apple) will fill the gap for extra information about property including embedded videos in the magazine itself. For estate agents it is a new paradigm (And I really hate that word but it is!)
