When you are buying a property for sale in Spain you might make a mistake or two, choose the wrong place, choose the wrong coloured tiles for the bathroom or even pay well over the odds for something that doesn’t suit at all and needs so much work it is unbelievable.
What you must make sure though is that you don’t make all of the mistakes that this guy made when he bought. How many can you spot in this video and what should you avoid doing? Hitler is not a happy chap.
