Lifestyle is the main consideration when people envisage coming to Spain to live and then they forget it when buying a property. The property pictured is mine. It is a property that in effect is a terraced house but it has a huge secret hidden garden with a large pool and that gives me the lifestyle. Why? Well I don’t have to look after the pool, I am no gardener, and the garden is also cared for. All I have to do is take my newspaper outside and sit under the olive tree reading it.
