“Graham! Miragloso! I can read it! The new look is within the spectral range of vision of homo sapiens, rather that of the bumble bee, which tends to the blue end of the spectrum and even includes ultra violet.
As I only see in ultra violet and other exotic frequencies under exceptional circumstances, the changes you’ve made are very welcome. This means a] I will read more and b] the expense of maintaining ‘exceptional circumstances’ will be drastically reduced.
Previously, with the blue/grey background to the text, I struggled to read it, got terribly fatigued and fell asleep. I’d be dreaming away about rescuing Penelope Cruz from drowning in a giant glass of Pina Colada by lowering her down the side with a rope made entirely of Janet Reger lingerie, Antonio Banderas waiting at the bottom with the keys to a Ferrari 275 GTB4, when I’d be jerked awake by some FaceTubeU-Blog auto-installing and frightening the life of of me.
Well, imagine my relief that all that’s done with! All power to your elbow.

I’m not very good at winning prizes but I’m happy to have won this. And you were right – I hadn’t been drinking. Or at least I don’t recall that I had.
So this splendid prize can be set beside another prize which I won 3 years running – the prize awarded by Weir Quay Sailing Club at the annual Haul-Out Dinner, to the member who has done the stupidest thing whilst afloat, in the past year. Once again, as in your case, the judges considered it a no-brainer.
