This week I have been searching out different properties from banks and also talking to some owners of houses already on the Valencia Property site. An owner of a house in Villamarchante has told us that they will consider any offers on the property below. The original price of this property was 285000 Euros back in the day. I have also been presented with some amazing deals from one particular bank this week as they need to get rid of some of their stock before they fuse into another entity. The properties they have for sale on Sotolivar are huge four bedroom terraced houses with garage, swimming pool and just a short hop into Valencia and they have been reduced by 40% with prices now starting at 220k. Also mortgages are available at very favourable rates on these properties as they belong to the bank. The same bank has also passed on some excellent flats in Valencia which will appear on the Valencia Property site in the next few days.
