I really love this attic in La Pobla de Vallbona. I liked it at the original price of 240,000 Euros but now I really love it at the new price of 180,000 Euros.
The attic is set on three floors. On the entry level there is a large living room with kitchen. There is a bathroom and hall. The first floor has three bedrooms, all decent sizes and a large bathroom with jacuzzi. Upstairs there is the great attraction of this place, another room with a log burning fire if you want and a large outside terrace overlooking the future golf course in La Pobla. The flat is around 135m2 and is designed, laid out and decorated to the highest standards by the owner who just happens to be an interior designer.
Did I mention that it comes fully centrally heated and there is a garage and storeroom underneath?
If you buy this you will really love living in it I think.
