If you are coming to Spain to live then you should be aware of what your rights are regarding the health service and going to see Spanish doctors, or even Cuban doctors as you do many times now in the Spanish health service. One thing you should know is that you should be prepared to take a translator if you need to describe symptoms because not many doctors in Spain speak English and unless your level of Spanish is high they cannot prescribe well or give you the best treatment if they do not know what is wrong with you.
When you are thinking of working in Spain the main thing that generally pops into our head is “Who is going to give me a job?” or “How am I going to get a job?” They are the wrong questions. Today we get to number ten in our 100 tips for people wanting to come and live in Spain. Today’s tip is all about the necessity for outside space and why you should seriously think about how you are going to incorporate this into your lifestyle in Spain. Do you want or need outside space and if so what type of outside space do you want, a simple balcony, a terrace, an attic flat, gardens, interior patios surrounded by flowers? There are so many options but you should really decide first how you will fit outside space into your lifestyle.
