Sometimes you get an opportunity to buy something that is just a bit different. Something that is a bit out of the ordinary and could work very well for you as a home and also a business. Today is one of those times.

This house for sale in Spain is really four individual three bedroomed houses in one. It is the little village of Gatova 11km up the road from Olocau in the mountains of the Sierra Calderona National Park. The land is undeveloped, ie there is no swimming pool on site although there is a public pool just 300 metres away in the village, the grass needs tidying and probably an automatic watering system put in, although there is little problem with doing this as there is plenty of abundant cheap water in the area.
The activities that can be done in the local area include trekking, mountain biking, quadding, horse riding and all of the other activities associated with stays in the mountains.
The centre has a reception office and kitchen, two upstairs units and two downstairs units, car parking for many cars, it comes totally furnished as is and should be considered for anyone wanting to take on and develop a business that already has a lot of bookings and could be made even more successful by the right owners.
Now this is a lot of house for the money, €500k Euros, as we are talking about 550m2 of house and 11,000m2 of land, as you can see on the video too. Not all the land is fenced as some of the mountain behind also belongs to the house and the land owned by another owner behind might also be available to add another 6000m2. Could be a decent place for a Paintball business
