I found myself down by the beach in Valencia at 8am on Saturday morning, no don’t ask why. Anyway, as it was an absolutely beautiful day and the beach looked like something close to perfection, not to mention empty, I thought I would make a video as an introduction to the Cabañal and Beach area so you can see what your lifestyle in Spain would be like if you were to choose to buy a property in Valencia near the beach.

The video is about four minutes long, make sure to stay to the end because you have a cool drive through the Cabañal from the front of a car, and it includes a look at a flat in Valencia for sale at 110,000 Euros and the links below have some more, and also there is a look at the Casa Montaña restaurant, probably the best known restaurant in Valencia, set just 50m away from one of the flats for sale in Valencia.
